As a Marketing Specialist with NationaLease, you will be part of a dynamic team within a global organization that values innovation and entrepreneurship. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the production and distribution of communications to all members of the NationaLease member organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote member meetings and support the management team in their outreach to members.
  • Produce and distribute a weekly digital brand newsletter, as well as various communications to promote member meetings and support the management team.
  • Manage mailing lists, meeting marketing, and attendee lists.
  • Develop content for website updates, including biweekly meeting updates.
  • Write meeting agendas, including session descriptions and bios.
  • Prepare and ship attendee name badges.
  • Solicit sponsorships for meetings.
  • Call members to encourage registration.
  • Manage relevant mobile applications for event and meeting management.
  • Share real-time social meeting content.
  • Manage meeting surveys and resulting data compilation.
  • Manage the Service Awards program, National Account Marketing, and Tradeshow support.
  • Prepare the Quarterly Board Report.
  • Develop and design content for the NationaLease website.
  • Develop an integrated marketing plan focused on customer-facing marketing strategies.
  • Create and distribute quarterly Safety and Compliance Central resources to members.
  • Create, update, and maintain the NationaLease Newsroom page using WordPress.
  • Write press releases and distribute in conjunction with Alvare Associates.
  • Work with members' marketing teams to create a unified NationaLease brand concept.
  • Manage the NationaLease Instagram account.
  • Assist with content creation and scheduling for NationaLease LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a corporate, business-to-business (B2B) marketing environment.
  • Superior organizational and project management skills.
  • Great attention-to-detail.
  • The ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HTML, event management technologies (Aventri), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Experience with Survey Monkey, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, or a similar newsletter distribution platform.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
