Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing and Marketing Associate to join our team at Maple and Main Apartments. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartments, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all aspects of leasing, including touring, following up, and regular outreach to prospective residents.
  • Schedule tour appointments over the phone, via email, or through texting, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Identify and highlight the community and apartment home benefits for prospective residents, showcasing our unique selling points.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents to maintain retention and satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver professional and timely communication with prospects, residents, vendors, peers, and managers, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Participate in weekly reporting and monitoring of competitor's leasing, occupancy, and pricing trends, staying up-to-date on market insights.
  • Serve as the property and market knowledge expert, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Point of contact for all property marketing-related items, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide daily updates on execution of achieving sales goals, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist with regular audits of website and ILS sites to ensure accuracy, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Review all rental applications, lease, and renewal paperwork to confirm accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct reviews of all applications and supporting documentation, verifying information and making recommendations.
  • Provide future resident paperwork, including welcome home letter, lease paperwork, and all applicable addenda, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Perform daily inspections of the property, common areas, model units, and vacant units, maintaining a high level of property maintenance.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by providing timely responses to questions, requests, and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all documentation is recorded per company policy, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, staying organized and focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and be proactive in business planning, driving growth and innovation.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high-quality results, delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and Property Management Software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
