This hybrid role provides flexibility to work from a US local office or virtually, offering a great work-life balance. As the North America Global Benefits Consulting Leader, you will shape business strategy, drive new business development, and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of experienced consultants, mentoring less-experienced staff.
- Contribute to business strategy development, focusing on market growth.
- Drive new business revenue goals, expanding existing business and managing prospects/opportunities.
- Lead large client relationships and complex projects, delivering key solutions and driving revenue projections.
- Provide consulting support to multinational clients, solving multifaceted benefits issues.
- Use innovative technology platforms to make analytical conclusions, driving client decisions.
- Lead financial and strategic discussions, identifying potential additional work and out-of-scope services.
- Guide project delivery, initiating strategic discussions, establishing action plans, and finalizing reporting materials.
- Take a leadership role in advancing task forces, special projects, and team capabilities within the Global Benefits practice.
- Monitor deliverables and accountabilities based on project scope and statement of work.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities with other Aon practices, driving sales growth.
Requirements
- Fifteen years or more of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm.
- International or non-US benefits consulting experience is strongly desired.
- Direct experience managing a team of experienced consultants.
- Strong management and analytical ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in the global environment, other cultures, and languages.
- Strong functional knowledge of Excel, including creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas and working with templates.
Benefits and Incentives
A comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) savings plan, employee stock purchase plan, long-term incentive awards, medical, dental, and vision insurance, various types of leaves of absence, paid time off, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 annually, with an annual discretionary bonus.
