Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base pay, we offer comprehensive healthcare benefits (BlueCross) and a 401k plan.

Job Description

As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, business development, partnerships, and product/service initiatives. You will also identify and target new retail, B2B, and end-user customers across key markets that align with our company's strategic goals.

You will manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, taking a hands-on approach to scaling both the team and the P&L. Your role will involve identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with third-party organizations that align with our company's direction and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong scientific background in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, pH Science, Food Science, Agricultural Science, or similar fields, with a solid understanding of instrumentation.
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in sales.
  • A motivated individual ready to take the next step in their career by managing people, accounts, and proactively driving growth.
  • The ability to understand and adhere to P&L reports, with the ability to manage budgets and focus on both revenue growth and profit margin improvement.
