Job Title: Vice President of Process Improvement

Reports to: Executive Vice President of Operations

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Improvement Professional to join our team at Resolvion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing client-level performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive performance effectiveness across all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Improvement:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of batch-level recovery performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
    • Complete post-mortem analysis on failed batch performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented improvements and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage performance improvement processes.
    • Lead and manage a light or deep skiptracer team.
    • Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Engagement:
    • Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand company needs and align improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support performance improvement efforts.
    • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance improvement or a related field required.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of the organization.
    • Proven track record of leading successful performance improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in performance improvement methodologies.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members at all levels.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis applications.
