Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and build a modern and progressive Performance and Talent Enablement process.
  • Implement strategies to drive continuous dialogue and balanced performance discussions.
  • Develop and deliver tools, resources, and training for employee and manager skill-building in feedback, performance discussions, career development, and coaching.
  • Work with leaders to develop dashboards and share relevant data with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive transparency and accountability.
  • Enhance the talent review and succession planning approach.
  • Create guidance, tools, and methodologies for identifying high potentials and successors, and invest in critical talent with tailored development plans.
  • Facilitate performance and talent calibrations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and support outcomes from talent reviews.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion where all employees feel valued, respected, and heard.
  • Implement programs and activities that celebrate diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Partner with team to develop and facilitate training sessions on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback on organizational culture and inclusion.
  • Analyze data and implement changes to enhance the workplace culture based on feedback.
  • Partner with internal Communications and HR teams to develop initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support Employee Engagement Survey efforts, analyze results, and create action plans.
  • Design and launch employee recognition programs to celebrate and boost morale.
  • Enhance career development tools and training to empower employees.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to create career paths for targeted roles.
  • Research, design, and oversee a rotational program.
  • Provide coaching and consultation on performance, team development, and talent retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement through external benchmarking, process discipline, and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Masters' degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of management experience in Human Resources, Workforce Management, Learning and Development, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong background in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, and career development.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM and other relevant HR systems preferred.
  • Experience with 360's and personality assessments required. Certifications with these tools strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on driving performance and developing others.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Knowledge of HR and Talent Management trends and best practices.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and webinars.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and when dealing with senior executives, clients, and staff.
Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands:
  • Meet company standards for background checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Frequent computer usage and ability to analyze data and reports.
  • Required travel up to 20%.
Benefits:
  • Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $150k to $175k, in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
  • Medical, dental, vision, and Life insurance
  • 10 days' vacation, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days.
