About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Participant Education Specialist to join our team at Voya Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver On-Site Education: Conduct educational seminars and webinars for plan sponsor participants, focusing on plan features and investments, as well as general investment-oriented and retirement-related topics.
  • One-on-One Counseling: Meet with employees and retirees to provide personalized financial advisory investment counseling sessions.
  • Interface with Plan Administration: Collaborate with plan administration, legal counsel, and plan sponsors to identify, resolve, and respond to participant issues.
  • Partnership Development: Work with plan sponsors to increase participation among their employees.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of presentation materials.
  • Scheduling and Compliance: Assist in scheduling retirement seminars and one-on-one appointments, while maintaining compliance with all firm and FINRA regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: May provide guidance and training to more junior staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In retirement/financial services, with a strong understanding of plan features and investments.
  • FINRA Licenses: Series 6 or 7, 63, and 65.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with plan sponsors, participants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions.
  • Organization and Time Management: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: In a related field, such as finance, business, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

Voya Financial offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $73,900 - $92,370 USD, as well as incentive opportunities based on individual and company performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions, and paid time off.
