Multifamily Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Multifamily Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $65,000 base salary, plus generous commission structure.

Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging CoStar's extensive market data.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Industry Acumen: Develop in-depth knowledge of the multifamily real estate industry, staying up-to-date on trends and developments.
Required Qualifications:
- Two or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
