Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team in Oregon. This dynamic opportunity will involve building relationships with community organizations, condo associations, and property management groups to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the multifamily residential market.
Responsibilities- Cultivate individual sales through relationship building and maintaining a bi-weekly sales quota.
- Obtain new customers through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
- Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and manage new building onboarding processes to drive subscriptions and penetration.
- Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, and build Astound brand awareness.
- Understand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolio, review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, organizer, presenter, and influencer.
- A motivated self-starter comfortable working autonomously.
- Detail-oriented with highly developed organizational and time management skills.
- Sales-quota driven.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $32,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits, commission, and sales incentives if applicable. Our total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k retirement plan with employer match, insurance options, paid Time Off/Vacation, Floating Holiday, Paid Holidays, and Paid Sick Leave.
