Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and selling our delicious cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly greet and engage with guests, determining their interests and needs to create a superior guest experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake options, pricing, and promotions.
  • Suggest additional merchandise to complete unique celebrations.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
  • Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine cleaning and replenishing of retail merchandise and cake display cases.
  • Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.

  • Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude.
  • Enjoys interacting with diverse people and excels at providing a superior guest experience.
  • Can perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Has the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
  • Is comfortable with new technology and can operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Understands basic arithmetic and can perform calculations when needed.
Work Environment

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
