Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Service Activities: Enhance and enable the guest experience by providing exceptional service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Convey Gratitude: Express the appreciation of our organization to guests through personalized interactions, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
- Preserve Traditions: Share the festive spirit of Southern Brazilian traditions with our guests, creating a unique and memorable experience that reflects our company's values.
- Complete Shift Duties: Perform beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining a high level of service quality.
- High Level of Endurance: Demonstrate the ability to manage conflict and deal successfully with high-stress situations, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
- Mental Acuity: Possess excellent problem-solving skills, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Physical Demands: Be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace, meeting the physical demands of the role.
- Availability: Be available to work weekends and holidays, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service every day.
