Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations on Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help customers understand and manage their account statements and make payments in the store.
  • Answer customer questions and make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Comcast products and services, including competitive information.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive work environment that is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
Compensation and Benefits

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $26.39. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, Comcast XFINITY courtesy services, and paid time off.
