Job SummaryAs a Retail Sales Professional, you will work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their product needs and making recommendations.
You will provide outstanding customer service, help customers understand their account statements, and process general service requests.
Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintain detailed sales product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Work with customers to understand their product needs and make recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service with all customer interactions.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements.
- Process general service requests, including answering questions and making changes to account data.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand for long periods.
