Job Title: Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Comcast is a leading media and technology company that drives innovation to create the world's best entertainment and online experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations. You will provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions, helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting our products and services to our customer's everyday lifestyles.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of related experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed.

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation (includes Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $26.39. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
