Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative sales approaches and personalized customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, providing expert knowledge to customers
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
