Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, evaluating customer needs, and making recommendations to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers in a retail location to understand their product needs and make recommendations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
  • Answer customer questions about current and new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and uncapped commissions. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.
  • Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
