Pest Control Support Specialist

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of customer service and technical skills. As a Pest Control Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding pest control services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services.
- Collect and process payments from customers.
- Document all customer interactions and update records accordingly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
