You'll cultivate relationships with clients, advocate for outstanding customer service, guide your team, and drive performance to enhance the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Canine Care Salon Supervisor, you will:

  • Onboard all new salon team members and groomers, ensuring they complete all training requirements and annual safety certifications, assess the quality of grooming, and provide continuous learning opportunities.
  • Conduct Hands on Pet (HOP) evaluations on all pets to recommend services and establish trust with pet owners.
  • Perform dog grooming services according to breed standards and client preferences, ensuring your groomers adhere to those same benchmarks.
  • Guarantee the safety and well-being of every pet and team member in the salon, taking immediate action whenever necessary.
