Role Summary
The Senior Radiology Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Imaging Department, including XRAY, C-Arm, and Portable services. This role involves ensuring adherence to physician directives, performing high-quality imaging procedures, and maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Supervise and mentor imaging technologists and support staff.
  • Manage the operational and fiscal responsibilities of the department.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Coordinate imaging workflows and collaborate with radiologists.
  • Demonstrate leadership in achieving departmental objectives.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • ARRT Registered Radiographer certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs.
