About Us:
We are a rapidly expanding healthcare organization focused on delivering the most effective treatment strategies for children with neurodevelopmental differences. Our goal is to provide transformative care - one child, one family, one community at a time.
Work Environment:
This role involves both clinic and home-based settings.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel within the designated service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Assessment and Treatment plans.
2. Offer clinical and supervisory guidance to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists.
3. Oversee and adjust programming components for each client's clinical case.
4. Collect and analyze data for progress report preparation.
5. Engage in insurance authorization evaluations.
6. Attend Clinical Integration Meetings for clients under your care.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in Human Services or a related discipline.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Proficient understanding of ABA methodologies and experience with children diagnosed with Autism.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $2000 continuing education stipend.
- 25 required billable hours per week, with a $55 hourly bonus for any additional hours worked.

$80,000 to $100,000
