Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Trainee Supervisor at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. This role is designed to develop your skills in sales, customer relationship management, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee sales routes and responsibilities, including overseeing business relationships with customers and providing indirect supervision to Merchandisers/distribution team members.
- Maintain accuracy of outlet orders and capture selling opportunities, ensuring monthly and yearly sales goals are achieved.
- Train and develop knowledge in various departments, such as Warehouse and Delivery, to gain exposure and learn other functional areas of the business.
- Generate product orders daily for customer bases and ensure in-stock conditions on all Company products.
- Provide daily guidance and direction to Merchandisers/distribution team members on customer needs.
- Work in partnership with Merchandisers/distribution team members to execute the Picture of Success (PicOS).
- Establish positive relationships with customers and provide superior customer service.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities.
- Coordinate all sales activities to ensure the highest level of execution on marketing initiatives, new product introductions, and overall PicOS.
- Ensure all merchandising and brand standards are executed.
- Reviews business results with customers on a pre-determined frequency and gains alignment on key business initiatives.
- Uses survey results to improve execution vs PicOS.
- Ensures all key business goals are achieved, including volume, revenue, margin, share, and execution targets.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines.
- Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets.
- Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively in this fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
