About the Opportunity: Level One Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through account management, sales strategy, and customer engagement. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.

You will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will also be skilled in using CRM software and other sales tools, and have a strong understanding of IT managed services and technology solutions. Additionally, you will be self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
