Customer Success Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Braid Health. As a key member of our growing organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Braid Health is a digital health company dedicated to developing and delivering a diagnostic collaboration platform for radiology and the healthcare industry. Our mission is to make medical expertise accessible to everyone.
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary objective will be to act as a trusted strategic advisor for key decision-makers across your assigned accounts. You will be responsible for promoting client satisfaction through exemplary customer service and problem resolution, while also anticipating your accounts' needs by regularly checking in with them and using data-driven approaches to understand trends.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders by deeply understanding their goals and challenges.
- Proactively monitoring account health to surface potential issues before they impact the customer experience.
- Acting as the go-to resource for customers and addressing concerns with timely, effective, and practical resolutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product, engineering, and technical support to address customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities to expand customer engagement and contributing to our customers' success as our own.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, supporting medical software and services. Additionally, you should have a track record of superior customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands with the appropriate sense of urgency. Experience with Google Suite, Notion, and Slack is an asset.
