Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager / Paralegal Assistant to join our team at DiPasquale Moore, a premier personal injury law firm in Kansas City, Missouri.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and updating them on the status of their cases.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documents and correspondence.
  • Draft and submit letters of representation for various insurance types, as well as prepare demands and review medical records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal certificate or associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
