The estimated salary for this position ranges from $19.24 to $29.43 per hour, with competitive differentials rates including $5.25 - Evenings, $9.00 - Nights, and $5.75 - Weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Operator to join our team. As a key member of our emergency management process, you will be responsible for answering and connecting all incoming organization calls to the requested areas. You will also transfer clinical and support staff calls to desired destinations for continuity of patient care. Your excellent verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and adaptability in emergency situations will enable you to provide seamless service to our patients and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong reading comprehension, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume professionally, efficiently and confidentially
  • Good organization, prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc)
