About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating innovative digital experiences. As a Strategic Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic operational roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • BA or BS degree in a related field, with an MBA or Management Consulting experience a plus
What We Offer

At Adobe, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles are eligible for the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
