Ascensus, a leading provider of retirement plan solutions and consulting services, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality and responsive service that exceeds their expectations. You will lead efforts to onboard new accounts, gather relevant information, and coordinate the account opening process. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing agreements, preparing internal documentation, and meeting with contacts to ensure timely delivery of client services.

You will work closely with senior management, trust administrators, operations, financial analysts, and attorneys to perform services. Additionally, you will present annual account reviews at weekly committee meetings and actively participate in internal planning and coordination meetings.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required. Trust system experience, such as SEIs Trust3000, and certified employee benefits specialist (CEBS) or other retirement industry certificates are preferred.
