Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee adherence to safety standards, financial risk assessments, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee one or multiple projects with a combined value exceeding $200 million.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project completion in alignment with financial projections.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Provide guidance and training to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, promoting teamwork and the core values of the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Over 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with a general contracting background.
