Job Summary

The Project Administrator plays a critical role in the success of our construction projects. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the project team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including certified payroll reports and labor compliance documents.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, including manpower summaries and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the project team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
