Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

ELDS, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate an individual book of business through high-volume outbound phone calls, including cold and follow-up calls, with a goal of 100+ calls per day
  • Quickly qualify new customers and move them through the sales funnel
  • Communicate and follow up daily with new and current customers as necessary
  • Consistently meet a minimum monthly quota for new customer contracts and active devices
Requirements:
  • Ability to close deals in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Persistence and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of inside sales experience in a similar industry
  • 4-year bachelor degree
  • Proven track record of sales success
