Job Title: Ophthalmic Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Specialist to join our team at Virginia Commonwealth University Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision in our outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and supervision in our outpatient settings.
  • Maintain high clinical and ethical standards.
  • Establish and promote an atmosphere of unity through collaborative practice and effective communication.
  • Foster a high level of patient and staff satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Ophthalmology, with Corneal subspeciality training.
  • Possess/maintain a current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia.
  • Must demonstrate expertise working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment.
