About the Role:

Skyline Ventures is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team. As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including Windows server systems, client infrastructure, and voice and conference systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve incidents reported to the service desk
  • Maintain and administer Windows server systems
  • Ensure the operation and maintenance of client infrastructure at all locations, supported by the Matrix42 workplace management system
  • Administer voice and conference systems
  • Manage the lifecycle of computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Ensure the smooth running of automated IT inventory management
  • Represent colleagues from the IT Operations Service Desk
  • Participate in cross-location IT projects
  • Be on call for emergencies

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist with experience or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL is desirable
