Territory Representative

We are seeking an experienced outside sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by connecting with small to midsize businesses and establishing strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success. They will be proficient with technology, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Base salary: $72K-$133K+
- Uncapped commissions: Earn up to $60K+ in annual commissions
- Cash bonus incentives: Earn up to $10K+ in annual bonuses

- PTO + Holidays: 10 days of PTO + 6 paid holidays
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training and strategy sessions.
- Connect with local businesses to establish strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Nurture your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM system.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and other sales tools.
- A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
