Outside Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B sales representative to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success. They will be proficient with technology, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Base salary: $72K-$133K+
- Uncapped commissions: Earn up to $60K+ in annual commissions
- Cash bonus incentives: Earn up to $10K+ in annual bonuses
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, plus a comprehensive 401k plan
- PTO + Holidays: 10 days of PTO + 6 paid holidays
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training and strategy sessions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM system.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and other sales tools.
- A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
