As an Office Manager at Dechert LLP's New York office, you will play a critical role in supporting the office's administrative business services. Key responsibilities will include team management, budget development and implementation, and maintenance of Firm policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled professionals, including Legal Team Coordinators, Assistants, Administrative Assistants (LTC, LTA, LTAA), and Reception team members
  • Collaborate with Associate Director of Administration to identify future support requirements and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor team performance through regular meetings, update coordination, and schedule oversight

Office Administration:

  • Develop and manage the office annual budget, ensuring alignment with Firm goals and objectives
  • Negotiate and maintain positive relationships with vendors for mailroom services and other office needs
  • Develop and implement office-wide policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency

The estimated salary for this position in New York is $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually.
