Job Summary:

The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive new business acquisition and expand our enterprise client base. This role is exclusively focused on acquiring new clients and securing high-value contracts for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations with defined value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of signed clients to account management and implementation departments.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, etc., to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of Aeropay's products and services.
  • Exceptional polish and comfortability when engaging with clients in multiple verticals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with relevant account management software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in fintech/payments solutions sales or a related field.
  • Experience closing enterprise clients preferred.
