About The Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist at Looking Glass, you will take the lead in promoting our innovative holographic displays and software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with prospective clients through timely and informative responses to sales inquiries, conducting engaging demonstrations to showcase our products' features, and proactively reaching out to attract new customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a talent for developing and maintaining client relationships, be a proactive collaborator, and play an active role in shaping sales strategies alongside the marketing team. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability will be essential in enhancing our sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage incoming sales inquiries with thorough and informative responses.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to illustrate the capabilities of our holographic solutions.
  • Participate in outbound prospecting to identify and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and methodologies.
  • Exhibit flexibility in learning and adapting to contribute to the evolution of sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in hardware, XR (VR/AR), or startup environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate complex technological products effectively.
  • Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Must be located within commuting distance for hybrid work and client engagements.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client demonstrations.
