  • Support marketing efforts and adapt sales strategies to align with product launches and campaigns.
  • Educate clients on self-service banking options and encourage the use of digital platforms.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to account features and services.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Operational Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with all banking policies and regulations to facilitate successful audits.
  • Process transactions accurately while adhering to established procedures.
  • Assist with the management of night deposits and ATM transactions as needed.

Customer Experience Excellence:

  • Deliver consistent service by upholding our core values of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Encourage ongoing customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer requests for account updates or closures, addressing concerns and offering alternatives.

Risk Management:

  • Support compliance functions, including audits and documentation management.
  • Collect and verify necessary documentation for account openings, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Promote community involvement and report related activities to the appropriate teams.
  • Identify and report any suspicious activities or documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information in accordance with bank policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of successful sales experience and six months of cash handling experience.
  • NMLS registration; compliant with Safe Act regulations.

Compensation:

The salary for this position typically ranges based on qualifications and experience.
