Compliance Inventory Specialist

An exciting opportunity to join Theraplant's Compliance team as a Compliance Inventory Specialist. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and upholding high standards of quality control.
About the Role:
This position is responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and maintaining accurate records. As a Compliance Inventory Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Ensure that all inventory is properly stored, secured, and handled to prevent loss or damage.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records of inventory movements, storage conditions, and any discrepancies.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in planning and executing regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Label Creation: Generate labels for finished goods, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Waste Management: Collaborate with the packaging team to track and manage waste effectively, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
- Testing Support: Escort testing samples through Flourish and Biotrac, guaranteeing proper handling and documentation throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as mathematics, data analysis, or statistics.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Excel, with proficiency in advanced formulas and data manipulation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
