Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our Residential Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist Residential Care Center Program Manager to ensure quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance with contract, regulatory, treatment model, and agency requirements.
  • Medication Administration: Daily monitoring of Medication Administration Records, dispensing medications to youth as scheduled in accordance with YCSF policies and procedures including accurate documentation.
  • Facility Audits: Conduct electronic and/or paper file audits on staff and youth records, conduct facility audits to ensure compliance with DCF 52.
  • Supply Management: Develop, implement, and monitor an ordering system for YCSF supplies.
  • Daily Activities: Develop and support the implementation of the daily activity schedule.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year minimum of social service program experience, preferably working with vulnerable populations.
  • Skills: Ability to display cultural competence, knowledge of the criminal justice system and child welfare systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications.
Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with occasional flexible work schedules. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on qualifications and location.
