The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are hiring a Pediatric Nurse Specialist to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience and be willing to work with infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and promote health education to family members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- One year of pediatrics experience (South Carolina) or six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting (other locations).

Other Requirements
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Must be able to travel and reposition patients without assistance.
