We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to join our client's team in Portland, Oregon.
About the RoleThis temporary or temp-to-hire position is ideal for an empathetic and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in estate planning.
The successful candidate will have experience drafting estate planning documents, managing estate and trust administration tasks, and supporting attorneys in process improvements and document templates.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trust agreements, and deeds
- Managing estate and trust administration tasks, such as probate pleadings, tax returns, and client file organization
- Supporting attorneys in creating and refining process improvements and document templates
- Maintaining accurate and timely timekeeping records
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years' law firm experience, with specific expertise in estate planning
- Experience with complex, high net-worth estates and trust matters is a plus
The estimated salary range for this position is $35-45 per hour.
The company offers benefit offerings that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
Work EnvironmentThe selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with last-minute deadlines.
