Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient Electromechanical Assembly Technician to contribute to the assembly of electromechanical components within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of IPC-620 standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role entails:

  • Conducting self-inspections to ensure quality and compliance with acceptable criteria.
  • Interpreting work instructions and technical drawings accurately.
  • Executing assembly tasks with precision, including mechanical and electrical components.
Essential Skills

Candidates should have demonstrable experience in:

  • IPC-620 standards, specifically:
  • Crimping techniques for open and closed barrels.
  • Coaxial connections (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel).
  • Soldering practices and solder sleeves.
  • Creating daisy chains and solder splices.
  • Performing self-assessments to identify acceptable versus defective work.
  • Following detailed work instructions and understanding schematic drawings.
