Mechanical Assembly Technician

Position Overview

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembly Technician to contribute to our manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling various mechanical components and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in assembling or repairing vehicles such as cars, trucks, boats, or motorcycles is essential.
  • Specialized skills in Electrical or Hydraulic systems may be necessary.
  • Proficiency in at least one key sub-assembly is expected, with ongoing training on additional components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written engineering procedures is crucial.
  • Competence in using personal computers and workstations is required.
  • Experience with hand and air tools, measuring devices, cranes, and assembly fixtures is necessary.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and navigate the production floor is required.
  • Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment such as steel toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and face masks at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
