Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience with IPC-620 standards and be able to perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and testing of electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting
- Meet quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Experience with IPC-620 standards, including crimping, soldering, and cable routing
- Ability to perform self-inspections and follow work instructions and drawings
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including torque and cable routing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
