Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proficient Electromechanical Assembly Technician to contribute to the assembly of electromechanical subassemblies within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of IPC-620 standards and demonstrate the ability to conduct self-inspections, recognizing acceptable criteria and defects while adhering to detailed work instructions and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical components in accordance with IPC-620 standards.
- Perform self-inspections to ensure quality and compliance with established criteria.
- Follow precise work instructions and interpret technical drawings.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in IPC-620 standards, including:
- Crimping techniques for open and closed barrels
- Coaxial cable assembly (BNC connectors, Virginia or Mac Panel)
- Soldering skills, including solder sleeves, daisy chains, and solder splices
- Ability to understand and apply inspection criteria for quality assurance.
- Mechanical and electrical expertise related to subassemblies, including:
- Torque application (knowledge of tool settings and usage)
- Cable routing techniques (bending radius, service loops, wire dressing)
