About Us

Specializing in commercial security integration, we excel in new construction projects, particularly within apartment communities, while also serving a diverse clientele that includes government facilities, medical institutions, and various commercial enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Finance and Operations in overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the Accounting Department.
  • Manage and guide the Billing Team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate timely processing of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Lead the accounting team in daily operations, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to upper management.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Implement and maintain efficient cash flow management practices.
  • Conduct regular training and development for the Billing Team to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Manage tax filings and financial audits, staying informed on relevant accounting regulations.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic and a reliable attendance record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as required, along with a valid driver's license.
