The Healthcare Center Operations Manager oversees and coordinates the activities of both professional and support staff delivering outpatient services in a clinical environment. This role operates within established protocols and procedures, utilizing advanced expertise to address moderately complex challenges. Responsibilities include setting objectives, determining resource allocation, scheduling, and establishing goals.
Position Overview:
+ Directs the activities of professional and support staff providing outpatient services in a clinical environment.
+ Operates within defined guidelines and employs independent judgment to analyze various factors for problem-solving.
+ Collaborates with senior management and leading professionals to select appropriate methods and analytical approaches.
+ Assists in developing and implementing staffing strategies, policies, and procedures, working closely with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
+ Responsible for decisions related to scheduling, planning, and daily operations.
+ Manages more complex tasks and supervises a team of support and technical staff, providing daily oversight.
+ Ensures uniformity in execution across the team.
+ Holds team members accountable for adherence to established policies.

Required Qualifications:
+ Significant operational leadership experience in a multi-physician practice or clinical group.
+ Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of individuals including physicians, office personnel, hospital executives, and community organizations.
+ Familiarity with Provider Communities.
+ Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a professional context.
+ High levels of engagement and emotional intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Basic understanding of Population Health Strategy.
+ Knowledge of Medicare.
+ Experience in managed care.
+ Familiarity with Value-Based Care principles.
+ Proven ability to thrive in a matrix management environment and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
+ Solid understanding of healthcare delivery, managed care financial structures, and reimbursement processes.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience managing a budget of $500,000.
Working Hours:
Scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
