The Department of Cardiovascular Diseases at our facility comprises a team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and dedicated researchers committed to delivering outstanding patient care and advancing clinical and translational research in cardiovascular health.

Our department is structured into various subspecialty teams, each concentrating on specific areas of cardiology and vascular medicine, ensuring that our collective expertise keeps us at the forefront of advancements in the field.

The advanced practice providers in this role will collaborate with a team of specialists within our comprehensive service line.


Selection Process

As part of the hiring process, candidates may engage in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview, which can be completed at their convenience.

During this interview, questions will be presented on-screen, allowing time for thoughtful responses.

Candidates will have the option to re-record their answers, with only the final submission being reviewed by our staff.

The completed interview will be assessed by a member of our team, and candidates will be informed of subsequent steps.

Qualifications

For Nurse Practitioners:
Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. A valid RN and APRN license in Florida, along with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) is required.

For Physician Assistants:

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current certification from the NCCPA and registration as a PA with the Florida State Board of Medical Practice.


Additional Requirements:
BLS and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations and DEA registration are mandatory.
