About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our team at Janie and Jack. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and managers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of store appearance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and customer service knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a specialty retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
